Part 1<p>My Christmas decorating ran almost as late as this post this year.  A long long story, but things have been crazy around here.  So…..in the interest of keeping it simple and uncomplicated, all of the vintage ornaments came out and now adorn much of the living room.  Other boxes of goodies weren’t even opened.  I guess that will make it exciting next year, kind of like opening gifts! <img class="wlEmoticon wlEmoticon-smile" style="border-top-style: none; border-left-style: none; border-bottom-style: none; border-right-style: none" alt="Smile" src="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-y2qt0ViPEWE/UrJmbtPwtvI/AAAAAAAANek/NSt1n3axUrA/wlEmoticon-smile%25255B2%25255D.png?imgmax=800" /></p> <p>I did a very simple four foot tree this year.</p> <p><a href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-2CCAx-1XxCU/UrJmccosIvI/AAAAAAAANes/wNr2gJ1_MOA/s1600-h/20131217_144655%25255B5%25255D.jpg"><img title="20131217_144655" style="border-top: 0px; Chandelier!<p>Rarely am I silly enough to see something that I really love and say “I could MAKE that!”  Until I saw this particular chandelier.</p> <p><a href="http://lh6.ggpht.com/--MeAhe9xPFg/Unhdg2GS4DI/AAAAAAAANOo/us8p-SH9VxI/s1600-h/houzz%25255B6%25255D.jpg"><img title="houzz" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="photo from houzz.com" src="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-4IHWqrwlhOM/Unhdhh92oxI/AAAAAAAANOw/GJx-zWI5f-A/houzz_thumb%25255B3%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="379" height="229" /></a></p> <p>Photo from Houzz.com</p> <p>It retails for $425.00.</p> <p>As many things are, it wasn’t as simple as I had imagined it would be.  I searched for months for the baskets and finally found them at Junk Hippy.   Then there was the whole “hubby”  thing.  I know nothing about lighting and how to wire it, so I really needed his help.   Getting him on board wasn’t easy.  Lets just say he doesn’t have the same vision and imagination that I do.  </p> <p>But FINALLY…..it’s finished!  We just wired it the other night!</p> <p><a href="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-u3Bw5jnRDAI/UnhdiEFcx5I/AAAAAAAANO4/QlcWl1OOPZQ/s1600-h/chandelier6%25255B9%25255D.jpg"><img title="chandelier6" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="chandelier6" src="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-heEDEmKI4_c/Unhdi_5FtyI/AAAAAAAANO8/VWWsWB0sBAg/chandelier6_thumb%25255B3%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="379" height="285" /></a></p> <p>Here it is!  Mine is only four baskets wide.  Normally, I’m big on the uneven numbers thing.  It DOES usually look better.  But as it happens, I think mine works perfectly!  </p> <p>We started with a 2x4 56” long.</p> <p>My husband used his router to create a channel on the top of the board so the wires wouldn’t show.  We priced light kits, for a look similar to the chandie in the Houzz picture, but they were pricey.  We finally settled on porcelain light sockets instead.  Holes were drilled through the wood , the baskets were attached, and then the sockets were attached.  Then hubby wired the entire chandelier and we faced the larger problem…..</p> <p><a href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-kogfg4J7FXw/UnhdjYXxJrI/AAAAAAAANPI/K8YVEyvroDg/s1600-h/PhotoGrid_1383608704806%25255B3%25255D.jpg"><img title="PhotoGrid_1383608704806" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="PhotoGrid_1383608704806" src="http://lh6.ggpht.com/--nxx1fxv9DQ/UnhdkHxZY4I/AAAAAAAANPM/p6_-PuU1JrY/PhotoGrid_1383608704806_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="354" height="266" /></a></p> <p>How to hide all of that wiring and swag it waaayyy over to the original ceiling fixture.  We have a two story house and moving it wasn’t an option.</p> <p>We tried EVERYTHING to hide that darn wiring.  Nothing really worked.  Finally, hubby sat and wound jute twine around the wiring to hide it. Bless his heart, it took forever!  He tried his best to convince me that we should swag it through the new, and the old hook.  Uuhhh, no go, hubs.  So we’ll be removing that other hook and patching the ceiling.  </p> <p><a href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-o3d59o4cPQg/UnhdkoS88JI/AAAAAAAANPY/nvX3zorc44o/s1600-h/chandelier1%25255B4%25255D.jpg"><img title="chandelier1" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="chandelier1" src="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-Vubn8lFBuNE/UnhdlDq7GjI/AAAAAAAANPc/9qvK5_JKSd4/chandelier1_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="379" height="379" /></a></p> <p>I am THRILLED with the look of my farmhouse chandie!</p> <p><a href="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-knuixtufn0M/UnhdlkDKqvI/AAAAAAAANPk/a02dWCfOgPU/s1600-h/chandelier4%25255B5%25255D.jpg"><img title="chandelier4" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="chandelier4" src="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-oDNIBQHfM0Q/UnhdmdyveRI/AAAAAAAANPw/Btqw9zMB5mc/chandelier4_thumb%25255B2%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="379" height="504" /></a></p> <p>It works perfectly with my new décor!</p> <p><a href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-OMyS7ABSmY4/UnhdmxuoJXI/AAAAAAAANP4/nxmySqn7ZEQ/s1600-h/CHnswliwe8%25255B4%25255D.jpg"><img title="CHnswliwe8" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="CHnswliwe8" src="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-muls-7Y97fw/UnhdnvC5O_I/AAAAAAAANP8/08Rx84HB55A/CHnswliwe8_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="379" height="504" /></a></p> <p><a href="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-JtJUQxWEBMU/UnhdoHi1bkI/AAAAAAAANQE/74MSUS8UH7w/s1600-h/chanelier3%25255B4%25255D.jpg"><img title="chanelier3" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="chanelier3" src="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-OehuxgJtkf4/Unhdo6ktynI/AAAAAAAANQM/81UObHZmnjM/chanelier3_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="354" height="542" /></a></p> <p>And now…..looking at this picture….I’m sure that I’ll be painting those table legs!</p> <p><a href="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-VnkVTjm96rc/UnhdpcC0z8I/AAAAAAAANQU/ufuKzzqF1ZY/s1600-h/chanelier2%25255B4%25255D.jpg"><img title="chanelier2" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="chanelier2" src="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-SXoQF_Bg2i8/Unhdp7W6hcI/AAAAAAAANQc/dfXynuLoUEY/chanelier2_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="354" height="676" /></a></p> <p>I painted my board with A.S. border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="pumpkins header" src="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-kWft4yGwYxo/UkNvnwdZCyI/AAAAAAAAM9g/4XliW0Ela0Y/pumpkins-header_thumb1.jpg?imgmax=800" width="354" height="234" /></a></p> <p>Tips that will make your pumpkins and other Holiday projects look hand-painted!  We hadn’t intended to throw the frame in the mix, but this project was just too much fun!</p> <p>So here’s what you’ll need for this project…</p> <ol> <li>faux pumpkins, frames, or any other object you would like to decoupage.  Paper Mache ornaments or pumpkins, etc. also work well. </li> <li>spray paint, white, gold, etc. </li> <li>mod podge and chip brush </li> <li>paper napkins with the print of your choosing </li> </ol> <p>So here’s how we start.  Round up your project pieces.  I started with an old  styrofoam pumpkin and a white plastic pumpkin, and a thrift store frame.</p> <p><a href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-jynibhWdqAs/UkNvodOz_fI/AAAAAAAAM9s/tG3pAaoZXLw/s1600-h/20130925_111316.jpg"><img title="20130925_111316" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="20130925_111316" src="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-HiVG3F1SMFc/UkNvo5k-HsI/AAAAAAAAM9w/6VWGAwb_Le8/20130925_111316_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="354" height="266" /></a></p> <p>My styrofoam pumpkin was orange so I painted it gold.  All of your project pieces should have a neutral finish to start.   You’ll see why in a moment.</p> <p>Now to those paper napkins……most of your paper napkins are three ply.  You need to get rid of the back two pieces of paper.</p> <p><a href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-FAI0s8MZljs/UkNvppdOMhI/AAAAAAAAM98/fpzbJwQcqlo/s1600-h/20130925_1113254.jpg"><img title="20130925_111325" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="20130925_111325" src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-qPXomxLAPmQ/UkNvqD3rcbI/AAAAAAAAM-E/tgSjWxlYSM4/20130925_111325_thumb1.jpg?imgmax=800" width="354" height="471" /></a></p> <p>As shown above.  What you will be left with is the printed layer.  It will be very thin.  Probably thinner than tissue paper.   We cut the border off of our napkins so that we would have an all over leopard look.    Our second pumpkin was decoupaged in a rose print napkin.</p> <p>Now to why we painted our orange pumpkin gold.  The paper is so thin that the orange or any other color will show through, especially after the mod podge is dry.  White spray paint would work just as well, but I happened to have a can of this paint…..</p> <p><a href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-_W_94nd8nIk/UkNvqiSK_SI/AAAAAAAAM-M/UdaOyAk_mdU/s1600-h/antiquegold3.jpg"><img title="antiquegold" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="antiquegold" src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-YvcqKL6hY4o/UkNvrbli72I/AAAAAAAAM-U/VJ-iIxu9BUc/antiquegold_thumb1.jpg?imgmax=800" width="354" height="253" /></a></p> <p>…..on hand and it matched the back ground of the napkin beautifully so this is what we used.  By the way…..if you are looking for a beautiful antique gold, this is the best color we have found!</p> <p><a href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-SehFfriz-28/UkNvr0KNTQI/AAAAAAAAM-c/4a1AYsc_Vnk/s1600-h/20130925_1121175.jpg"><img title="20130925_112117" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="20130925_112117" src="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-tIM1lKz_r6E/UkNvsUXwjAI/AAAAAAAAM-k/TXWjjjxFD1Y/20130925_112117_thumb6.jpg?imgmax=800" width="354" height="402" /></a></p> <p>A very pretty gold.  Working in sections, brush  a generous portion of Mod Podge on your project.  Apply a piece of your napkin and GENTLY brush over the top with more Mod Podge.  The paper will be very delicate.  Just let it wrinkle and do its own “thing.”   You’ll find out fairly quickly that you have one shot at this.  There’s no moving the paper around or changing its position.  The thing is…..it doesn’t matter a bit!  It is going to look great no matter what you do!  Even if it tears and a little gold shows through, it will still look very “artsy” and original!</p> <p>Let your pieces dry completely.</p> <p>And NOW for our SECRET WEAPON!!</p> <p>This is the coolest product and it will give your pumpkins or frame or whatever an AMAZING finish!</p> <p><a href="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-Nms5igq41aM/UkNvtKhtdYI/AAAAAAAAM-s/knRCUzTsFJM/s1600-h/glossywoodtone3.jpg"><img title="glossywoodtone" style="border-left-width: 0px; D.I.Y. series wk. 2 WITCH STOCKING<p>This weeks D.I.Y. is something that I had been wanting to design and make for a long time.</p> <p>Remember the movie Hocus Pocus?  It’s one of my favorite movies of all time.  I watch it every October!</p> <p><a href="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-dDDhEU7emzc/UjkezrIGPMI/AAAAAAAAMrA/byRqlxu24wU/s1600-h/hocuspocus4.jpg"><img title="hocuspocus" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="hocuspocus" src="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-aKWuJw_IChw/Ujke0ha0ZvI/AAAAAAAAMrI/qi_FO6TyLFM/hocuspocus_thumb1.jpg?imgmax=800" width="354" height="213" /></a></p> <p>The costumes!  I love it all.</p> <p>So wreaths are all the rage again for front door décor.  And I am sooo happy!  They are a LOT of fun to make!   But what about something a little different.</p> <p><a href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-eu4T25cp__4/Ujke1vzPw8I/AAAAAAAAMrQ/XLkkfkbTGqM/s1600-h/bbb-week-two-header4.jpg"><img title="bbb week two header" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="bbb week two header" src="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-IZYH-Y6tcq4/Ujke2piM1KI/AAAAAAAAMrY/tnsVoKELqFs/bbb-week-two-header_thumb1.jpg?imgmax=800" width="354" height="479" /></a></p> <p><a href="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-519xiIA7ueg/Ujke3M6bd4I/AAAAAAAAMrg/fj5SkL0nwp8/s1600-h/witch54.jpg"><img title="witch5" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="witch5" src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-zhLUQeSWHfQ/Ujke4OWlrMI/AAAAAAAAMro/k-jsVBHziD0/witch5_thumb1.jpg?imgmax=800" width="304" height="614" /></a></p> <p>Like this CUTE Hocus Pocus inspired witch stocking!  </p> <p>Your Buy It List…..</p> <ol> <li>fabric 1/2 yard of solid color or 1 yard of fabric if it has a directional pattern and must be cut so the pattern shows from top to bottom. </li> <li>scrap fabrics, ribbons, rick rack, buttons, glittered tulle.  Tulle was purchased in a roll from H.L.  Piece of jute twine </li> <li>1 piece floral foam for silk florals.   Small piece of floral wire for the handle to hang your stocking from. </li> <li>Spanish moss.  To cover the foam </li> <li>hot glue gun.  Almost forgot…..1 bag of poly-fil! </li> <li>sewing machine </li> <li> <div align="left">assorted left over fall silk florals.  One glittered bat pick.  Purchased at Michaels. A few twigs from the yard</div> </li> </ol> <p align="left">So…to start this project, I needed an appropriate pattern.  Not an easy task!  </p> <p align="left">Finally, I found <a href="http://www.sew4home.com/projects/fabric-art-accents/citrus-holiday-elf-stockings">THIS ELF STOCKING PATTERN</a>.  It was the closest I could find to what I wanted and it has a FREE PDF file download!  So I downloaded their pattern and modified it to fit my needs.</p> <p align="left">Lets Start Building……</p> <p align="left">Here’s how I modified the elf stocking pattern and made it a witchy pattern.</p> <p align="left"><a href="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-OIBoLqEHVvg/Ujke45fMqMI/AAAAAAAAMrw/26Xmo2RXBOk/s1600-h/20130917_2010244.jpg"><img title="20130917_201024" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="20130917_201024" src="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-pBkEbG1ofqY/Ujke53IIj8I/AAAAAAAAMr4/PDQHhLsJYWU/20130917_201024_thumb1.jpg?imgmax=800" width="354" height="266" /></a></p> <p align="left">When you look at the pattern, you will see a dotted line on the foot.  Cut on this line, cutting the foot piece in half.  Your finished length as I show with my arrows, will be 14 1/2 inches.  Modify the shape of the boot to match your new longer size.</p> <p align="left">Now, we want a looonngg length.  </p> <p align="left"><a href="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-VVSK8PFgSkc/Ujke6o-K2AI/AAAAAAAAMsA/SA95jkRkW_A/s1600-h/20130917_2009234.jpg"><img title="20130917_200923" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="witch4" src="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-piv6LE4rS3k/UjkfBw6mTNI/AAAAAAAAMtA/9ronnBFRIEo/witch4_thumb1.jpg?imgmax=800" width="354" height="471" /></a></p> <p align="left">And the trim around the top.  Which you can read about <a href="http://bella-dreams.blogspot.com/2012/11/hohoho-fun-christmas-pillow-tutorial.html">HERE</a>.  To tell you the truth, if I did this again, I would probably either skip this step, or just make a long ruffle.  For the amount of work that this took, it just doesn’t show well.</p> <p align="left">Now as to why we left the front open!….  So that you can stuff that toe with polyfil!  Using your pencil, begin stuffing your stocking until it’s good and tight from the tip of the toe to above the heel.   </p> <p align="left">Now stitch the front closed.  Stitch on the OUTSIDE so that your seam is on the outside.  Stuff the rest of your stocking, leaving room at the top for floral foam.</p> <p align="left">Now, we’ll glue buttons down the front of the stocking.</p> <p align="left"><a href="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-zmK8mH6ssJc/UjkfCtdhjiI/AAAAAAAAMtI/cIut9DC9ytw/s1600-h/20130917_1749414.jpg"><img title="20130917_174941" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="wreath7" src="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-yJEfom9kEmQ/UjZmDke9IuI/AAAAAAAAMmA/kAbK2gBmkcw/wreath7_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="354" height="471" /></a></p> <p>Like these pretty floral picks in perfect fall colors.  The yellow flowers came from Dollar Tree and actually were even prettier than I expected.</p> <p><a href="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-aIlyrOXbepE/UjZmE7MEfrI/AAAAAAAAMmI/FO9QNg8MnTk/s1600-h/wreath4%25255B4%25255D.jpg"><img title="wreath4" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="wreath4" src="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-_zkR-6u6Eus/UjZmFpzfMVI/AAAAAAAAMmQ/fkEtSylMWZg/wreath4_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="354" height="471" /></a></p> <p>Picks with acorns and berries-Hobby Lobby.  The orange and brown paper leaves came from Dollar Tree.  We bought two single Hydrangea stems and I cut those into pieces and used one each in our wreaths.</p> <p><a href="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-ay8iPhs-hss/UjZmGBBdeBI/AAAAAAAAMmY/ZkyWd6XPmcw/s1600-h/wreath2%25255B6%25255D.jpg"><img title="wreath2" style="border-left-width: 0px; I haven’t seen it yet but it is going in the bathroom that you enter from this room.  I love it already!  This will be a fun project to follow along with as things come together.  I’ll keep posting pics. as things move along!</p> <p>The direct source for our inspiration photo may be found under our Pinterest board titled “kids rooms”</p> <p>See ya! </p> <p>Denise</p> Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02361031695414907694noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1495895701352999107.post-57855442037481833762013-09-10T16:43:00.001-05:002013-09-10T21:39:23.418-05:00Halloween Wreath D.I.Y.!<p>Today starts the beginning of a new weekly post series for Heather and I !</p> <p>We’re calling it…..</p> <p>Buy It, Build It, Brag!  A D.I.Y. series every week!  Hopefully, these posts will be up every Tuesday, but I’m setting it as a Wednesday post every week.  So you might want to subscribe to our blog via e-mail to keep up with our new series!</p> <p>On with the show!!!!!!</p> <p>This week……</p> <p><a href="http://lh5.ggpht.com/-QP1Cbw9A7gw/Ui-STbI0PHI/AAAAAAAAMfU/tD8nAMbm1Lo/s1600-h/gray%252520back%252520ground%252520001%25255B5%25255D.jpg"><img title="gray back ground 001" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="gray back ground 001" src="http://lh6.ggpht.com/-lPu5uSmi_9M/Ui-SUG6ed-I/AAAAAAAAMfc/dx7ogoyectA/gray%252520back%252520ground%252520001_thumb%25255B2%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="379" height="518" /></a></p> <p>We’re showing you how to build this CUTE glittery Halloween wreath!</p> <p>For todays project, all elements used came from Michaels.  No, we are not promoting the store, but we have found that they have the best crafting “elements” for Halloween!</p> <p>Your project list…..</p> <p><a href="http://lh3.ggpht.com/-Tm4g9vyHEJs/Ui-SUlxZgcI/AAAAAAAAMfk/kHB9a73OCUU/s1600-h/20130910_115132%25255B4%25255D.jpg"><img title="20130910_115132" style="border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-top-width: 0px" border="0" alt="20130910_115132" src="http://lh4.ggpht.com/-Xsu6A3PruG0/Ui-SVUXHt1I/AAAAAAAAMfs/okSDzL4pQYo/20130910_115132_thumb%25255B1%25255D.jpg?imgmax=800" width="354" height="266" /></a></p> <p>I’ll give you the total cost when we are finished!</p> <ol> <li>Black Halloween Wreath </li> <li>2 rolls of contrasting ribbon (wired) </li> <li>1 container of asst. Huh? </li> </ol> <p>Here we go!  Empty that container of asst. Halloween ball ornaments and divide into two piles.  You will have enough of these for two projects.  So either put 1/2 of them away for future use or give the other half to your friend (or daughter)<img class="wlEmoticon wlEmoticon-smile" style="border-top-style: none;
