Here’s what I’ve been up to all week. Sewing! Again
Heather and I have a “plan.” We’re putting our heads together to create a new line of coordinating home goods and girls clothing.
This will include Heather’s hand painted furniture, canvases, and signs that she paints.
And one-of-a-kind kids couture, head bands, and hair bows.
These cute dresses with their twirly skirts are so much fun to make! I need to find some sweet little girls to model for me!
Here’s a view of the back.
Details
A cute little knot dress.
Cute bird fabric and chevron bodice
A set with ruffled pants.
Right now, I’m sewing sizes 2 thru 5 or 6 only. One-of-a-kind. I guess that’s the artist in me. I create and put together fabrics for one, then it’s on to the next.
I haven’t sewn like this in years. I’m having a blast! I should have enough ready to sell by next weekend.
So what have YOU been up to?
Denise
Those are all adorable, Denise! I wish I was better at sewing clothes. Patterns just do me in though. I have a few here to try for my granddaughter. One is an outfit with those ruffled pants.
