Just getting things in order for Spring.
The girls are dressing in their summer linens.
Can’t get enough of the milk glass.
Grabbed a vintage frame the other day and covered the back in burlap, then created a little button heart.
Feathering my nest with lots of birds and related items.
And LOTS of yard work. 16 bags of mulch down…….16 to go!
Sorry for the short post. I’ll have to stop the yard work long enough to take a few more pics!
Happy Wednesday!
Denise
love the button heart, the girls spring attire and SPRING!!! We are not ready to mulch yet, but soon. Time to clean the porches and pretty up the place! Good luck with your yard work! xoxo
ReplyDeleteI love that shirt in the first picture ! I think I am going to make some of those button heart pictures, I have a bunch of small frames I've been wondering what to do with.
ReplyDeleteThat reminds me...I need to go get mulch today!
ReplyDeleteI need to feather my nest too with springy stuff but it's still cold and rainy here...send me some sun!
Your home is looking good!
xoxo
I'm not looking forward to adding gardening chores to my days and evenings, Denise. The only downside to Spring for me because it means I need to get out there and maintain the beds and mow the back {hubby does the front}. I love that blouse your "girl" is wearing - it looks very cool and comfy.
ReplyDeleteI need to feather & fluff as I have not done much spring decorating or changing things around. But, I think I'm ready. Doing the yard thing too! I was in OKC last week for a class with Jackie at The Paper Crown. It was a quick up & back but, I'm hoping to get up there at the end of the month & would LOVE to meet you in person! Enjoy your week & good luck with that mulch!
